ECLKC User Registration

Subscribers will receive the following benefits:

  • The ability to order Head Start publications and elect email alerts in any of the following categories:
    • "What's New" in English and Spanish
    • Federal Register Notices
    • Grants and Funding Opportunities Notices
To register, select a User ID and Password. Passwords should be at least eight characters (but no more than ten characters in length) and contain three of the following elements: capital letter, lowercase letter, number, and one special character (e.g., #)
