Collaborative Case Consultation Tools

Cross agency consultation enables agencies to support families in a more comprehensive way that reduces duplication of services and leverages the wide range of services and resources they each have to offer. Agency staff members who are new to the collaborative case consultation process will find these simulations and case studies useful for learning about the opportunities and challenges that develop when agencies look to collaborate on programs and support. The first simulation was designed to include non-traditional social service partners, while the case studies address the partner relationship between such groups as law enforcement and community development organizations.
