This video does an excellent job of defining the historically important area of Head Start -- Family and Community Partnerships. The stories can be used with trainings for staff, parents, and governing bodies as well as orientation for policy council members. Developing collaborative community partnerships and involving parents in a meaningful way in the program are some of the topics covered.
