This three-part video, developed by the Louisiana Head Start Collaboration Project, introduces materials for use in training sessions about the responsibilities of governance and shared decision-making.

Segment 1- Parent Involvement targets parents in a center environment and is a parent recruitment vehicle for the Policy Council.

Segment 2 - Roles and Responsibilities targets active Policy Councils.

Segment 3 - Shared Governance targets different decision-making functions in Head Start. It can also be used as an information-sharing tool among community leaders in business, non-profit and faith-based organizations.
