Abstract
Possessing a general understanding of shared decision-making and the purpose and use of Parliamentary Procedures will result in productive and organized meetings that closely address program needs. Head Start program administrators, staff, and key decision-makers will benefit from this presentation that addresses key concepts of shared decision-making, the basic principles of Parliamentary Procedures, the fundamental ingredients for a successful meeting, and how key decision-makers all play their part in this process. Running effective Head Start agency meetings plays a vital part in delivering high-quality services to families and children.
