A presentation to introduce the framework of how program services support the implementation of program governance. Management staff, governing board members, and others who have interactions with these groups will find this information useful. The presentation will examine the Federal Regulations which outline the roles and responsibilities necessary for a shared governance structure; identify how Head Start management systems support effective program governance; and explore the responsibility of the Head Start Director in supporting program governance.
