Milestones Checklist

Children develop at their own pace. Fill out the Milestones Checklist for your child. Create a baby book filled with the records you will keep about your child’s growth and development. Use the records to create a story to share with your child during the preschool years.

The following fact sheet is provided courtesy of the Centers for Disease Control’s Learn the Signs. Act Early. Campaign.

Children develop at their own pace, so it’s impossible to tell exactly when yours will learn a given skill. The developmental milestones below will give you a general idea of the changes you can expect as your child gets older, but don’t be alarmed if your child takes a slightly different course.

Select the age of your child and fill out an interactive milestones checklist. It's a great way to record the milestones your child is reaching for, a baby book or as a way to share your child's development with the doctor or nurse at the next checkup. More>>
