Vaccines for Children Program - Information for Parents

The Vaccines for Children Program (VCF) of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) provides vaccines either free or at low cost to eligible children from birth through age 18. The fact sheet also provides phone numbers for an English and a Spanish hotline service for more detailed information.
