SOLAR Profiler
The SOLAR Profiler
helps Head Start and Early Head
Start programs assess staff strengths and needs. The Web-based Profiler documents and
produces reports on employees’ mastery of skills required for their positions.
Only Head Start directors, managers, and supervisors can obtain access to and enter staff information into the Profiler’s 6 Staff Skill Profiles. The Profiler enables users to generate composite reports on staff skill levels by position, location, qualifications, and other criteria.

You must register to the ECLKC before you can submit your request to access SOLAR.
