45 CFR 1309.41 Record Retention



This regulation provides guidance on retaining records that apply to purchases or major renovations. Grantees must maintain these records for a period of three years or equal to the period of ownership, regardless of whether the facility is leased or owned.

45 CFR 1309.41 Record Retention All records pertinent to the acquisition or major renovation of a facility must be retained by the grantee for a period equal to the period of the grantee's ownership (or occupancy, in the case of leased facilities) of the facility plus three years.
