The Office of Community Services has worked with Assets for Independence Projects and experts in asset building and training to develop a curriculum for the AFI Demonstration Program and for the asset-building field as a whole. Grantees will find this information useful for identifying, reaching and recruiting participants. The six current modules address operational issues critical to AFI Project success or provide an overview of the asset-building approach that underlies the AFI Demonstration Program.

The content, illustrations, and exercises embedded in each module draw on actual experience of AFI Projects, as well as on research, and a wide range of technical and training resources.
