Planning and Reviewing for Success
 

Emphasizing the ongoing nature of the planning and reviewing process, this Head Start training guide is designed to prepare administrative and managerial leaders to develop effective plans and strategies by capitalizing on the strengths of individual management team members. In addition to developing leadership skills and competencies, it provides practical guidance that staff can use to implement what they learn. It is organized into four modules: "Plan to Plan," "Take Stock," "Propose Directions and Adopt Plans," and "Review."
