OMB Circular A-133 Compliance Supplement March 2009
 

This Compliance Supplement is based on the requirements of the 1996 Amendments and 1997 Revisions to OMB Circular A-133, which provide for the issuance of a compliance supplement to assist auditors in performing required audits.  Grantees will find this supplement useful when preparing for an audit review.
