Sec. 92.36 (2) Procurement


This section of 45 CFR 92 focuses on a contract administration system that ensures that contractors perform according to the terms, conditions, and specifications of their contracts or purchase orders. Grantees will find this section useful in monitoring contractors’ performance.

Sec. 92.36 (2) Procurement Grantees and subgrantees will maintain a contract administration system which ensures that contractors perform in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of their contracts or purchase orders.
