SUBJECT: Spanish Translation of Final Rule on Head Start Services for Children with Disabilities, 45 CFR Parts 1304, 1305, and 1308

INFORMATION: Attached is a copy of the Spanish translation of the Final Rule on Head Start Services for Children With Disabilities, 45 CFR Part 1308. This is being provided to assist programs in further informing Head Start staff, parents, and community partners about the requirements of these Performance Standards.

This translation does not contain any change in regulation or guidance from the English language version which originally appeared in the FEDERAL REGISTER on January 21, 1993, and became effective on February 21, 1993.
