Abstract

Financial assistance for the Early Head Start program for fiscal year (FY) 2000 for nationwide expansion competition is announced in this Information Memorandum. This attachment to ACYF-IM-HS-00-06 provides Early Head Start grantees a list of geographic (service) areas being served and unavailable for new grantees.
