Abstract
The Head Start Bureau is interested in assuring that communities
currently served by existing grantees will have an opportunity to

and delegate agencies will find the service area
matrix used in a fiscal year 2001 competition for financial assistance
for Early Head Start programs in 83 select service areas of the
country.
