Abstract

On September 20, 2001, the Head Start Bureau announced the availability of financial assistance to be competitively awarded to Head Start, Early Head Start, and other interested programs to initiate or continue services to low-income families with infants and toddlers and pregnant women. Here are listed the 98 select service areas eligible for this competition.
