The Office of Head Start will undertake a review of the language in the Head Start Act that discusses the need for each grantee to achieve and maintain its funded enrollment. Accordingly, the Office of Head Start is suspending Program Instruction ACF-PI-HS-08-05 entitled “Timelines for Filling Vacancies in Enrollment Slots.”
