Abstract

For a quick reference to state legislation associated with Part C legislation in each state, this list provides all relevant legislation and links to the appropriate sites. Disabilities coordinators, Technical Assistance Providers, Regional Office staff, State Collaboration Office staff and disability reviewers will find this information useful in understanding the kinds of requirements that exist for infants and toddlers with disabilities in each state.
