Subpart B_Disabilities Service Plan
Sec. 1308.4 Purpose and scope of disabilities service plan.
Transition
(g) The plan, when
appropriate, must address strategies for the transition of children
into Head Start from infant/toddler programs (0-3 years), as well as
the transition from Head Start into the next placement. The plan
must include preparation of staff and parents for the entry of
children with severe disabilities into the Head Start program.
