Health and Safety Checklist: Equipment Items

The Program Review Instrument for Systems Monitoring (PRISM) is defined as both a set of instruments and a process designed to ensure that grantees provide high quality comprehensive services to the children and families they serve. Health Managers and all program staff will find the equipment items from the PRISM Health and Safety Checklist useful to ensure their preparation for such emergencies complies with Performance Standards.
