The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is responsible for improving access to health care services for uninsured, isolated or medically vulnerable people. The links and their brief descriptions may be useful for members of the Health Services Advisory Committee (HSAC), Head Start health managers, and related staff to locate information or resources for the Head Start community.


Resources and Technical Assistance for Clinical Practice

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), an agency of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, is the primary Federal agency for improving access to health care services for people who are uninsured, isolated or medically vulnerable.  HRSA grantees provide health care to uninsured people, people living with HIV/AIDS, and pregnant women, mothers and children.
