Compliance questions in this section of PRISM focus on Education and Early Childhood Development (EECD) service delivery that includes assessing child outcomes, individualizing curriculum in collaboration with parents, and designing appropriate environments. Consistent efforts to document the processes in which grantees are involved related to EECD service delivery enhance the reliability of monitoring results.

The questions in this subsection should be completed through interviews with teaching staff, observations of children in educational settings, and reviews of some of these children’s records.
