	Steps to Success Facilitator Guide Unit 1 Module 2: Self-Reflection and Overcoming Biases (TVI)
	The Mentor-Coach relationship provides Mentor-Coaches and protégés opportunities to discuss how to recognize and handle bias. Mentor-Coaches, in collaboration with their Steps to Success facilitator, will use Clip 4 of the Unit 1 Tutored Video Instruction (TVI) to explore bias and how to negotiate issues of bias with colleagues and families. Mentor-Coaches will be asked to examine their own experiences and hear how other Mentor-Coaches overcome bias through self-reflection.
