Professional Conferencing Process – Steps 1 and 2

 

Observation is the cornerstone of the Mentor-Coach relationship. Mentor-Coaches will learn in Clip 1 of the Unit 2 Tutored Video Instruction (TVI) about the five steps of the Professional Conferences Process while paying specific attention to the second step, observation. Classroom observation videos from around the country illustrate the two different types of observation – formal and informal – and how all the steps in the Professional Conferencing Process revolve around observation.
