There are three parts to effective professional conferencing: reflect, learn, and plan. Clip 2 of the Unit 3 Tutored Video Instruction (TVI) demonstrates how Mentor-Coaches need to plan an approach for the reflective conference and prepare a few questions that will guide protégés as they reflect on their work and identify ways to grow professionally. Observation video illustrates how the professional conferencing process is used to revisit goals, and explore and improve protégés’ practice.
