This set of four VHS video tapes is an integral piece of the overall instructional design for early literacy mentor-coaches in Head Start and Early Head Start. Video presentations, interviews with mentor-coaches and protégés, and clips of young children and adults interacting in a variety of learning environments offer examples of the concepts discussed in each of the four units of instruction included in the Steps to Success resource.
