Abstract
Breast-feeding benefits the mother and child. The Office of Women’s Health of the Department of Health and Human Services developed a series of booklets, which offer tips to mothers who want to breast-feed their newborns. This booklet is a guide specifically for expecting African American women and can be used to enhance the understanding and the benefits of breast-feeding.
