All proposals will be accepted at the front desk of the (Grantee name and address, including state and zip code) at which time and place all proposals will be evaluated and rated using a set of pre-determined criteria.
A scope of work may be obtained at the above Grantee's address.
The successful proposal/firm is required to furnish licensing certification, insurances, and agree to all terms and conditions of the Grantee's design contract.
Attention is called to the provisions for equal employment opportunities, and payment of not less than minimum wages as set forth in the Davis-Bacon Act and included in the Specifications must be paid on this project.
The ___________________________ (Grantee) reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any informalities in the proposal process.
