Financial Literacy: An Overview of Practice, Research, and Policy
 

As a result of the increased concern regarding financial literacy, a number of financial literacy training programs have been created to offer comprehensive information on maintaining a mortgage, increasing savings, and participating in employer-sponsored benefit plans. This overview explores financial education programs and offers information that may be useful in developing successful financial literacy training programs and strategies. Policymakers and those who are interested in money management and wealth building may find this research useful.
