2010 Pay Tables for Executive and Senior Level II Employees


The President of the United States has placed a freeze on Federal employees pay; therefore the 2010 pay table will be in effect throughout 2011.The HHS appropriations bill contains a provision (Section 205) that requires that "none of the funds appropriated in this title for Head Start shall be used to pay the compensation of an individual, either as a direct cost or any proration as an indirect cost, at a rate in excess of Executive Level II." Board of directors will benefit from these instructions.

The pay tables for executive and senior level II employees have been established. Level I: 199700 Level II: 179700 Level III: 165300 Level IV: 155500 Level V: 145700
