Sec. 215.46 Procurement Records
Uniform Administrative Requirements for Grants and Agreements with Institutions of Higher Education, Hospitals, and Other Non-Profit Organizations
 

Grantees should maintain procurement records and files for purchases that are in excess of the small purchase threshold. Procurement records and files should include; the basis for selecting the contractor, the justification for lack of competition when competitive bids are not obtained, and the basis for the award cost or price.


Sec. 215.46 Procurement Records

Procurement records and files for purchases in excess of the small purchase threshold shall include the following at a minimum:

(a) Basis for contractor selection;

(b) Justification for lack of competition when competitive bids or offers are not obtained; and

(c) Basis for award cost or price.
