	Sec.92.36 (b)(10) Procurement 2CFR Part 92 Uniform Administration Requirements for Grants and Cooperative Agreements to State, Local and Tribal Governments
	This section provides for specific use of time and materials type contracts with exceptions when no other contract is suitable, and a ceiling price that exceeds its limits for which the contractor is responsible. Grantees will find this information helpful when negotiating contracts for projects.
