Wage and Fringe Benefits Comparability Survey Online Lessons

These online lessons were designed to assist Head Start and Early Head Start grantees with conducting a wage and fringe benefits comparability survey. Each lesson will help you navigate the process and gain a thorough understanding of applicable regulations as well as explore case scenarios that address personnel policies and procedures, practices, rationales, and the affordability of an agency’s compensation plan.

To establish and maintain high quality program operations and services, Head Start and Early Head Start grantee and delegate agencies must attract and retain qualified personnel.
