This section will provide the user with references to aid in preparing for the wage and fringe comparability survey. These references include a glossary to assist in understanding terminology, definitions, and the culture of Head Start, frequently asked questions, pension costs, report on wages in the nonprofit sector, and Head Start Monitoring Compensation Questions 4A-4D. Users may also wish to browse and familiarize themselves with the Early Childhood Learning and Knowledge Center (ECLKC). The ECLKC manages 40 years of content developed by Head Start in every domain such as Program Design and Management, Fiscal, Family and Community Partnerships, Education and Child Development, Health, Disabilities Services, and Professional Development, and a host of other points of interest such as the Head Start Locator and Consultant Directory.

All of these references are available to assist the user with further information that could be referenced when planning a wage and fringe benefits comparability survey.
