	Professional Development: The Cornerstone for Trust and Empowerment
	Professional development augments trust levels and staff expertise. Head Start staff will learn how to motivate personnel to become more informed, more creative, and more intuitive. Information included in this bulletin focuses on collaboration, mentoring, and family service worker credentials; connections between assessment, curriculum and individualization; and ways to implement new policies for assessing and analyzing information on child outcomes.
