Part C Updates
 

As a national perspective on service delivery to infants, toddlers and young children with disabilities, this report provides a synthesis of information on a nationwide basis. Technical Assistance Providers and Early Head Start/Head Start programs will find state-level information about their Part C partner organizations. Data is provided on national initiatives that points to statistics and efforts made at the state level.

Part C Updates is a compilation of information on various aspects of the Early Intervention Program for Infants and Toddlers with Disabilities (Part C) of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). It is the seventh volume in a series of compilations, which included two editions of Part H Updates, the former name of the program. Several items have been reprinted in their entirety from the original sources. The intent of Part C Updates is to collect, in a convenient format, a variety of resources that meet the information needs of state and jurisdictional Part C program staff, the Office of Special Education Programs of the U.S. Department of Education, and policy makers at all levels.
