The Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) Spanish Glossary
The OSEP Spanish Glossary was developed by the USDOE OSEP in collaboration with 17 Parent Centers across the country to ensure that educational terms related to the implementation of IDEA used in documents to promote parents' authentic participation are translated in a uniform and comprehensible way, across states, geographical regions and communities of Spanish speakers.

Response to Intervention (RTI) Information
NECTACs collection of OSEP Policy Letters of Clarification Related to Part C and Section 619 of IDEA added a June 2010 letter on the applicability of Response to Intervention (RTI) to children ages 3 through 5 enrolled in Head Start Programs.
