Explore services for children with suspected disabilities who are not eligible under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). This session reviews applicable Head Start Program Performance Standards (HSPPS) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. Understand the importance of individualizing services for all children and discuss strategies for individualizing for all children, including those who do not have an IFSP or IEP.
