Baby FACES Reports

Early Head Start Family and Child Experiences Survey (Baby FACES) is a longitudinal study of Early Head Start programs around the country. Baby FACES describes the characteristics, well-being, and development of children and families at the beginning of the program year. A national portrait of the population Early Head Start serves provides information to consider when assessing needs and setting national goals for the program.
