Disabilities Coordinators Institute

A full-day institute designed for Head Start disability coordinators will be held the day before the opening of the 2017 Birth-to-Five Institute. The purpose of the Disabilities Institute is to provide disability coordinators with foundational information (policies, regulations, research and resources) for serving children with suspected or identified disabilities and their families, and supporting participants in integrating this information into a decision-making framework to guide their implementation of evidence-based teaching and intervention practices.
