Strategies to Support and Encourage Healthy Active Living Course

The Strategies to Support and Encourage Healthy Active Living course is an online, interactive self-study course for Head Start and Early Head Start staff. It is focused on healthy, active living for children and families. Practice building skills to effectively communicate and engage with families around creating and maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle.

 

 

There are six modules in this online course. The time it takes to complete each module may differ by user.

  • Modules 1–3: 15 – 20 minutes each
  • Modules 4–6: 25 – 30 minutes each

Your progress in completing each module will be tracked. If you are unable to complete the entire course at one time, you can come back and pick up where you left off.

Browser considerations: This course is optimized for a Windows platform using the most current version of Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox.
