Sec. 92.36 (5) Procurement
Section 92.36 (5) focuses on encouraging grantees to enter procurement agreements with local and state governments. Grantees may benefit from this partnership that can result in savings when obtaining goods and services at a reduce rate.
To foster greater economy and efficiency, grantees and subgrantees are encouraged to enter into State and local intergovernmental agreements for procurement or use of common goods and services.
