Flowers Early Learning is a high-quality preschool located in Cassopolis, Michigan and is currently looking for Education Coach, serving classrooms with children ages zero to five.
Position Summary: Education Coaches uses the Practice Based Coaching Model to support Center Based teaching staff throughout the agency through focused observation, providing feedback, and setting professional development goals using focused observation data. Coaches are certified CLASS observers for the agency and help ensure that all classrooms comply with Flowers Early Learning Policies and Procedures.

Education Requirement: Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field with three years of demonstrated success teaching children ages zero to five.
Other Selection Criteria: All candidates must complete a pre-employment drug screen, physical examination, and comprehensive fingerprinted criminal background check, and possess a valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation.
Job Type: Full-Time, Full Year, Salaried, Exempt
Expected Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00a – 4:30p,
Rate of Pay: BA $25.64 MA or Higher $28.67
