Your role:
- Partnering with families to develop child focused goals that meet individual needs
- Planning, implementing and documenting a comprehensive child development program suitable for infants and toddlers
- Building positive and supportive relationships with children and families
- Assuming responsibilities for primary caregiving to ensure continuity of care
- Help coordinating the daily operations of the classroom
Qualifications:
- Have a CDA or Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood (preferred) or related coursework equivalent to a major relating to Early Childhood Education.
- Have experience working with children in a center-based setting; prior experience working with families preferred
- Be willing to work flexible hours to meet families’ needs.
- Immunized against MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) and TDaP (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis).
- Must be able to pass a background check, to include DHHS and fingerprinting.
