Duties:

Your role:

  • Partnering with families to develop child focused goals that meet individual needs
  • Planning, implementing and documenting a comprehensive child development program suitable for infants and toddlers
  • Building positive and supportive relationships with children and families
  • Assuming responsibilities for primary caregiving to ensure continuity of care
  • Help coordinating the daily operations of the classroom
Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Have a CDA or Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood (preferred) or related coursework equivalent to a major relating to Early Childhood Education. 
  • Have experience working with children in a center-based setting; prior experience working with families preferred
  • Be willing to work flexible hours to meet families’ needs. 
  • Immunized against MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) and TDaP (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis). 
  • Must be able to pass a background check, to include DHHS and fingerprinting.
