The successful candidate should be able to formulate goals and objectives in accordance with performance standards. Also provide direction and leadership to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in the delivery of quality services; the implementation of program operations; and the management of fiscal operations.
Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field. Master’s Degree preferred. At least 3 years of experience in supervision of staff, fiscal management, and administration is required. Proven experience in grant writing and oversight strongly recommended. Head Start experience preferred.
