Read information about the directory of implementation planners and fiscal consultants. All implementation planners and fiscal consultants in the directory were trained by OHS and OCC in conjunction with the Partnership Center.
The National Center on Early Head Start-Child Care Partnerships (the Partnership Center) has established a directory of implementation planners and fiscal consultants. This is one component of the Office of Head Start's (OHS) and the Office of Child Care's (OCC) efforts to ensure that funded EHS-CC Partnership grantees have the support they need to provide high-quality services to infants, toddlers, and their families.
All implementation planners and fiscal consultants in the directory were trained by OHS and OCC in conjunction with the Partnership Center.
How It Works
To access the Consultant Database, please send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once a request is received, information on planners and consultants will be sent. EHS-CC Partnership grantees can then determine if there are planners or consultants whose background will complement their program’s strengths, challenges, and needs. Grantees are responsible for contacting planners and consultants to arrange consultation services, including terms of work. Implementation planners and fiscal consultants may be hired to support start-up and ongoing program operations.
EHS-CC Partnership grantees and the planners and consultants they hire may find the following tools useful:
- EHS-CCP Partnership Grantee Tip Sheet No. 1
- A Guide to Effective Consultation with Settings Serving Infants, Toddlers, and Their Families: Core Knowledge, Competencies, and Dispositions
- Infant Toddler Consultant Self-Assessment Tool
