The National Center on Early Head Start-Child Care Partnerships (The Partnership Center) has been awarded to Zero to Three in collaboration with Child Care Aware of America and Mathematica Policy Research.
The Partnership Center is jointly funded by the Office of Head Start (OHS) and the Office of Child Care (OCC). Its purpose is to support the effective implementation of the new Early Head Start-Child Care (EHS-CC) Partnerships. It also will help awardees deliver high-quality, comprehensive services to low-income infants, toddlers, and their families. The Partnership Center will do this by providing training and technical assistance (T/TA) and other resources to federal staff, OHS and OCCT/TA providers, Head Start State and National Collaboration Offices, and Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) administrators. The goal is to ensure all are equipped to meet the needs of new EHS-CC Partnership awardees by leveraging the wealth of resources already offered to address the unique needs of awardees.
