½ cup water
2 red apples
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pour the water into the blender.
- Core the apples, but do not peel.
- Add the apples to the blender.
- Blend on high for 30 seconds or until the smoothie is creamy.
- Add the ground cinnamon and stir.
